There is no single 'best' — it depends on your goal. B.Com remains the standard base degree; CA/CMA suit students ready for multi-year professional exams; BBA leads toward management. Whichever you choose, pairing it with practical skills (Tally, GST, Excel, or data analytics) is what determines your first salary.
Entry-level billing, accounts-assistant and retail back-office roles do hire plus-two holders with strong Tally and Excel skills, typically at ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month. Most students are better served doing a degree alongside skill training — the degree unlocks promotions later.
